TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The name and credentials of the candidate and companies will remain confidential till the final interview between company executives and the candidates.

• Our team will remain in touch with the Human Resource Department or other relevant department  of the company to ensure that all rights of the prospective candidate shall remain reserved.

• Our team will ensure that correct information about the candidate would be provided to the company time to time and will not hide any facts.

• Placement Charges will be 5%* of the selected candidate’s gross annual income* for junior level positions (up to the level of Assistant and Executive level.) and 6% of the selected candidate’s gross annual income* for senior level (From the level of Manager & above) exclusive of government taxes

• After the final interview , an invoice will be released by our company and the client has to pay the placement charges immediately through cheque or digital payment mode.

• In case , the candidate voluntarily resigns employment  within 3 months from date of joining , our team will provide a free replacement for that vacancy.
